Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or purchasing from Career Search Ambition, LLC. By using this website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Career Search Ambition, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a Georgia limited liability company that provides online career education courses, digital products, and coaching services. Our primary offering is The Career Compass, a digital course program built around the proprietary VALUED Frameworkβ’.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, enrolling in any course, purchasing any product, or using any service offered by Career Search Ambition, LLC, you ("User," "Customer," or "you") agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.careersearchambition.com/privacy-policy. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or purchase any of our products or services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Career Search Ambition, LLC. Your continued use of the website or any purchased product constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be updated from time to time.

3. Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to access this website, purchase any product, or enroll in any course. By using this site or completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
3.2 Minors. We do not knowingly collect information from or sell products to individuals under the age of 18. If we learn that a minor has made a purchase or submitted personal information, we will cancel the transaction and delete the information as soon as practicable.
3.3 Capacity. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Products and Services
4.1 Course Offerings. Career Search Ambition, LLC offers digital educational courses and programs, including but not limited to The Career Compass program. Courses are delivered digitally through our online course platform, Kajabi.
4.2 Coaching Services. Select program tiers include one-on-one coaching sessions with Freda Green. Coaching sessions are subject to scheduling availability and must be used within the timeframes specified at the time of purchase.
4.3 Digital Products. We may offer supplemental digital downloads, templates, worksheets, checklists, and other materials as part of course programs or as standalone products.
4.4 Product Descriptions. We make every effort to accurately describe our products and services. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

5. Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged.
5.2 Payment Processors. We use Stripe to process all payments. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.
5.3 Payment Plans. Where payment plan options are offered, you agree to authorize all scheduled payments at the time of enrollment. By selecting a payment plan, you authorize Career Search Ambition, LLC and its payment processor to charge your payment method on the agreed schedule until the full purchase price is paid.
5.4 Failed or Missed Payments. If any scheduled payment fails or is declined:

β We will attempt to notify you via the email address on file.
β You will have a reasonable opportunity to update your payment information.
β Course access may be suspended immediately upon a failed payment and will be restored only upon successful payment.
β If a failed payment is not resolved within 7 days, we reserve the right to permanently revoke course access without a refund of amounts already paid.

5.5 Payment Plan Refunds. Payment plans are subject to the same refund policy described in Section 6. If a refund is approved during a payment plan, only the amounts already paid will be considered for refund; no future scheduled payments will be waived without a valid refund approval under Section 6.
5.6 Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to permanently revoke your access to all purchased materials and to dispute the chargeback. We take chargebacks seriously and will provide all documentation to our payment processor to contest fraudulent or unwarranted disputes.

6. Refund Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee
6.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. We stand behind The Career Compass program with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee under the following conditions:
To qualify for a full refund, you must:

β Submit your refund request within 30 days of your original purchase date;
β Demonstrate that you have completed Modules 1 and 2 of The Career Compass program in full; and
β Demonstrate that you have actively used the tools and worksheets provided in those modules.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your name, purchase date, and evidence of course completion. Refund requests that do not meet these conditions will not be approved.
6.2 Scope of Guarantee. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to The Career Compass core program only. It does not apply to one-on-one coaching sessions that have already been conducted, supplemental digital products purchased separately, or upgrades or add-ons purchased after initial enrollment.
6.3 Processing. Approved refunds will be processed within 5β10 business days to the original payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.
6.4 No Refunds After 30 Days. After the 30-day guarantee period has expired, all sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued.
6.5 Coaching Sessions. Coaching sessions that have been scheduled and conducted are non-refundable. Sessions not yet conducted may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. No-shows forfeit the session without credit or refund.

7. Course Access
7.1 Access Upon Purchase. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased course materials through our Kajabi platform. You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and keeping your account secure.
7.2 Duration of Access. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, course access is provided for the lifetime of the program on our platform. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as Career Search Ambition, LLC actively hosts the program. We reserve the right to retire, update, or discontinue any course or program with reasonable notice to enrolled users.
7.3 Personal Use Only. Your course enrollment is for your personal, individual use only. You may not share your login credentials, allow others to access your account, or use the materials for any commercial or group training purpose without written permission from Career Search Ambition, LLC.
7.4 Access Restrictions. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your access to course materials at any time, without refund, if you:

β Violate these Terms or our community guidelines;
β Engage in fraudulent activity or a chargeback;
β Share, reproduce, or distribute course materials without authorization; or
β Engage in conduct detrimental to Career Search Ambition, LLC or other students.

8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Ownership. All content on this website and within our course programs β including but not limited to the VALUED Frameworkβ’, course videos, audio recordings, written materials, worksheets, checklists, templates, graphics, logos, and the Career Search Ambition brand β is the exclusive intellectual property of Career Search Ambition, LLC and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
8.2 Limited License. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
8.3 Prohibited Uses. Without prior written consent, you may not:

β Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any course content;
β Share course materials with third parties, including by forwarding content or gifting logins;
β Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize any course content;
β Use course content to create derivative works or competing products;
β Record, screenshot, or download video content for distribution; or
β Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from materials.

9.2 Not a Substitute for Professional Advice. The information we provide is general in nature and may not apply to your individual circumstances. 9.3 No Guarantee of Employment or Outcomes. Career Search Ambition, LLC makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that enrollment in any course or program will result in employment, a specific salary, a career change, a promotion, or any other specific outcome. Career outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including individual effort, market conditions, geographic location, experience, and employer decisions.

10.1 Individual Results Vary. Any results mentioned on our website, in our courses, or in marketing materials β including salary increases, career outcomes, or job placement β are illustrative examples only and are not guarantees of what you will achieve. Your results will depend entirely on your effort, commitment, background, and circumstances.
10.2 Testimonials. Testimonials and success stories shared on our website represent the experiences of individual customers and are not typical results. We do not claim that all customers will achieve similar outcomes.

11.3 Enforcement. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or permanently revoke access of any user who violates our community standards, without refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Career Search Ambition, LLC, its owner, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of this website, any course, any coaching session, or any product or service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.2 Cap on Liability. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our products or services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12.3 Basis of the Bargain. You acknowledge that Career Search Ambition, LLC has set its prices and entered into these Terms in reliance upon the limitations of liability and disclaimers set forth herein, and that these form an essential basis of the bargain between us.

16.2 Binding Arbitration. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of our website, or the purchase of any product or service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in Georgia, United States, or via remote proceedings if mutually agreed. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
16.3 Class Action Waiver. YOU AND CAREER SEARCH AMBITION, LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, REPRESENTATIVE, OR COLLECTIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
16.4 Exceptions. Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
16.5 Opt-Out. You may opt out of binding arbitration within 30 days of your first purchase by sending written notice to [email protected] with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out." If you opt out, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia.
